In South Korea, most homes drink barley tea after meals. Although there are a lot of teas here like green tea and ginseng but I believe it’s hard to find a house or a restaurant here that won’t serve you barley tea instead of plain water.

Are all green matcha teas the same or is there a difference? I see some on e-bay and they are much cheaper than what I’m getting…..They say with the Zen Matcha that it’s the top three leaves of the green tea plant. Am I getting ripped of? I pay about for a very small tin. Thanks for your input.
I only drink tea once in a great while but when I do I drink it for the caffeine. I want to get the most bang for my buck. I just want to know flavors though not brand names because my work supplies a large variety of teas for us.
