Instructions on how to make Matcha. Tea Embassy in Austin, Texas presents Rebecca Cragg from Camellia Teas of Ottawa to demonstrate a way to prepare the Matcha green tea powder with a bowl, bamboo whisk, linen cloth, bamboo spoon, strainer and electric water kettle. Matcha is made in the Japanese tea ceremony and Rebecca reveals some tips and instructions on how to make a great bowl of matcha.
