Whether you ascribe to a specific tea ceremony or just happen to make tea at work regularly. Most that truly enjoy tea have their own method/ritual and preferences for brewing tea whether they realize it or not.
I want to know how do you brew your perfect cup of tea? What is your method or process? (heating the water, steeping time, etc)
What is your preferred tea? (green tea, earl grey, loose tea vs tea bags, etc)
How do you take your tea? (lemon, honey, sugar, etc)

Japanese green tea is more bitter and deeper green color. Often Chinese green tea is brownish. (tea bags) Does the Japanese greener tea contain more antioxidants (due to less oxidation or different storage methods)?

I bought some Kroger brand green tea bags, and no matter how I prepare it, it tastes somewhat bitter. I steep it 2 1/2 min. Does the amount of time you steep it, have any effect on it’s health benefits? To get the most health benefits, is green tea only the best or are other combinations with the green tea ok, such as pomegranate, etc? I do not shop specialty stores for tea, so any suggestions on brands one can find at the grocery that are good is appreciated.
