im 16 and i have high blood pressure. i am going to adjust to my new LifeStyle of eating healthy for the rest of my life and im am looking forward to it =) . i went shopping and i found green tea i brought a green tea that says ”DIET” is that one any good? it doesn’t have no calories no sugar. does it help reduce my high blood pressure? and has it helped any one loose weight? can i replace water with that? ( drinking 8 cups of tea a day)?

Someone told me that he drinks green tea to speed up his metabolism so as to loose more weight.
Well,i am on a diet of/no fat,all veg and meat,that`s it,i`m still getting large!
Will green tea do it?

i am so confused as what to do, some say eat more as (fred) and some say eat less ,loose weight(steve m),help!??
i have phyisical job every day, so plenty of exercise!

i have been told that green tea is great to help you loose weight when your on a diet… is this true… if so how ??? does it speed up your metabolism, or keep hunger at bay ??? , what about lemon tea does this work in the same way ???
how fast does it take to work also, i go the gym 3 times a week and do alot of walking and jogging…i just want 2 loose a few pounds for a wedding xxx

I take green tea and sometimes ginger powder and honey mixed in warm water…but i dont know which is best to keep trying? plz let me know if there are any other stuff that can help loose weight loss-besides exercising as i am already doing that…

I’ve Heard Green Tea is really good for you and helps you loose weight
so to loose a pound a week how much would you have to drink
and i know that i will hae ot cut out all of the chocolate and stuff, and do some excercise, just im really bad at this excercise stuff, i get bored easily
so can anyone think of anything that i can do in my room that will keep me entertained for a while, i like music so i can dance for like 10 mins lol, but thats it, so any ideas?

I have heard so many things on green tea. I have heard that is is great for your health and it helps you loose weight and exercise and alot of other things. So I am wondering are these things really true? Also what else does this stuff do? It is organic green tea. Thanks!
