I am interested to know what is the exam system for Japanese tea ceremony students i.e. how many levels they must pass before being accepted as an advanced student or a tea master, and how long would that normally take. Many thanks.

I am doing a report on the Japanese tea ceremony and I need to know what type of Kimono would be worn. If there is no specific Kimono, what type (formal, such as the tomesode, houmongi, or furisode?)?

I had a magazine I grabbed on the flight over from L.A. that had an article inside talking about a great place to experience a Japanese Tea ceremony, but I lost it and I am having a tough time finding a good place for it now that we are here on the island. Any help you can give would be great! Thanks!

Hi, I am from Elyria, OH (near Cleveland) and I am in charge of a older group of girl scouts at a camp. This years theme is International and one of the requirements is to perform a japanese tea ceremony. Since no one has any experience in this subject I wanted to have someone come in and perform/ show us how to do this. Does anyone know where I can find such a person?
