I take green tea and sometimes ginger powder and honey mixed in warm water…but i dont know which is best to keep trying? plz let me know if there are any other stuff that can help loose weight loss-besides exercising as i am already doing that…

I heard green tea is good for your metabolism and losing weight…but I find it a little bitter….will adding sugar or honey make the effect of Green tea disappear? or is there another way to make it taste more yummy?

I don’t keep tea bags handy because loose tea makes a much better hot tea. I need to know the portions to make iced tea.
Mr pants, for hot tea I brew it in a clay teapot. First i put 1 teaspoon of tea per cup in the preheated pot. Then add the appropriate amount of boiling water. Allow it to steep for about 4 minutes. Pour through a tea strainer into your cup and add honey and lemon if you wish.
