I was wondering because I have been taking the MegaT green tea diet pills for awhile and am pleased with the results and increased energy. But I was curious to see if drinking the diet green tea would do just the same? And it would save money.

iv heard of the green tea diet where u have 4-5 cups a day before or after meals. i have a healthy body from inside but from outside its just my belly sticks out and my breats is big for someone like me.
i thought ill give the green tea diet a go but before i do anything i wanna now whether it can help me get a smaller sized chest?
its my main consern.
and plus how long will it take till i lose 1 pound if i keep a healthy diet and drink the right amount of green tea a day?
no i know for sure i got big breats becos of fat. ever since my belly grew out my breast grew out and now both my belly and breasts are leveled.

well im gonna do the green tea diet thing but i have bit of a problem since im new to the tea thing. and i dont now which one will actually give me good results of weight loss. so can anyone give me tips on hoe to pick the best brand.

If so, then which green tea diet specifically? I don’t understand why I’m putting weight on even after exercising and trying to eat better over the past two weeks? Any suggestions? Any foods that are proven to burn calories or fat? Thanks!
