I have bought some green tea super diet pills from holland and barrett as i need to lose a lot of weight.
I had taken too yesterday as directed by the label and took no later that 4pm, during the evening say about 8.30pm i felt so sick, and very very dizzy, the whole room was spinning, and i was so wide awake, i went to bed to lay down and to try and stop this alwful feeling, that i had hardlt any sleep, is this down to taking green tea pills? could someone please offer some advice as this feeling is nasty. I know you will probably say I’m stupid for using diet pills but I’m willing to try anything to lose weight as I have struggled with my weight since I was 9 so please don’t criticise me. Anyhoo, do you think it’s ok for me to drink green tea while taking a diet pill called Slim Bomb?
I do eat healthy food but when I’m at college it’s kind of hard to find healthy food on my budget and in the time I have for breaks. Me and my mates have gained weight since we started going to college which we know is bad.
I do go to the gym often though. I do cardio and weights and try to go to the gym at least twice a week for at least 1.5 hours.
Heidi’s Mummy, FYI, I’m not a fat lazy person. I walk everywhere, I’m always doing housework and helping people by doing volunteery work so I would say I’m not lazy. And by the way I don’t eat chocolate, the only kind of bars I eat are Special K cereal bars so how about you get your damn fact right before you start having a go at me. I know my weight problem is my own fault. I do NOT blame others for the way I am because I am old enough to take responsibility for my own actions and my weight.

Has anyone tried these diet pills and could you tell me if they were succesfull or not or even if you have any other comments about them? also could someone please tell me if these pills would affect the birth control pill (yasmin)? thanks.

woke up this morning and felt sick and iv felt this way all day, doesnt feel like any normal cold or flu and its not a hangover so the only knew thing is the diet pills is anyone else taking them and had the same effect
