I’ve quit drinking coffee about a few months ago and have replaced it with drinking jasmine and green tea – i found that i’m not as "anxious" and "ansy" and it also keeps me more awake. I feel that sometimes i need to depend on tea to give me a little boost – are jasmine tea and green tea good for you? If so, what are the benefits?

I’ve heard it is. I usually drink a lot of coffee, but lately I’ve switched to green tea, no sugar, of course. How does the caffeine compare to that of coffee?

What's the best way to drink hot tea?

I hate tea, but I’m trying to drink more tea than coffee (i’m a coffee junkie) because I know it’s better for you. I like green tea with honey a lot but I’m looking for other ways to doctor up tea, any kind. Any suggestions? Or what’s you favorite kind of tea so I can experiment with different kinds/flavors?(I’m not a tea aficionado lol)

Does coffee have any health benefits?

If drank in moderation I mean. People always seem to go on about how tea is supposed to be good for you but never have anything positive to say about coffee. I hate tea. Tastes foul in my opinion.

I got a tea kettle for Christmas (I love coffee but need a break from it, so I am branching off). Problem is, I don’t know what tea to buy, where to buy it, or how to brew it properly. Any advice for a beginning tea drinker?
