I read that green tea really boosts your metabolism and is good for your body, but i was wondering if theres a specific brand that is better than the other. I know of snapple, crystal light, 4C, and wawa brand? Are those the same as the natural green tea taht burns calories? Because theyre kind of sugary?

I have been drinking 6 cups of green tea with a low calorie diet and burning 300 calories by running on treadmill is the green tea a extra push for me
Does the brand of the tea also matter i mean i enjoy the taste no and i can easily drink 6 glasses. Pity i havent lost anything with the aid of green tea dieting

I’ve been dieting for the past month or so, and was wondering whether green tea would help me lose weight. I know it consists of 0 calories.. but was unsure whether it was pointless using if i dont drink tea anyway.. therefore it wouldnt be a tea substitute.

I love the lipton green tea citrus taste but I’m not too fond of normal green tea, cause the tea taste. How can I make my tea taste more citrus without adding calories?
