I have been drinking 6 cups of green tea with a low calorie diet and burning 300 calories by running on treadmill is the green tea a extra push for me
Does the brand of the tea also matter i mean i enjoy the taste no and i can easily drink 6 glasses. Pity i havent lost anything with the aid of green tea dieting

I was wondering because I have been taking the MegaT green tea diet pills for awhile and am pleased with the results and increased energy. But I was curious to see if drinking the diet green tea would do just the same? And it would save money.

Someone told me that he drinks green tea to speed up his metabolism so as to loose more weight.
Well,i am on a diet of/no fat,all veg and meat,that`s it,i`m still getting large!

There is a lot said today about dieting we have this diet and that and pills and potions do they work I do not think so.
The best way to loose weight and feel better is to drink more water. Many today do not drink much water choosing tea, coffee and soft drinks. If you must drink tea choose organic Green tea. Coffee in any form is not good.
Drink a pint of water when you get up and drink a glass every hour at least with a pint of water 10 minutes prior to a meal.
You will see many changes on first your urine will go clear and you will loose weight your overall health and welbeing will improve and it cost nothing? Take time to read the links and look at all the other info about the effects of not drinking enough water.

aphrodite, no onew made you read this topic, dehydration is a big problem in most coutries and it is clear many are not aware of the effects of dehydration.

I think some of you are missing the point drinking water will aid dieting yes because if you drink a glass or two 10 minutes before every meal an you will not eat as much food as you feel full soner.

I need to up my green tea drinking because of the health benefits but am finding it hard to love the taste!
I do drink herbal tea and prefer peppermint tea.
Any suggestions?
