well im gonna do the green tea diet thing but i have bit of a problem since im new to the tea thing. and i dont now which one will actually give me good results of weight loss. so can anyone give me tips on hoe to pick the best brand.
I’m asking because both my mother and sister have battled breast cancer and I want to arm myself with protection. I heard about matcha green tea powder on one of the morning shows.
I have tried buying the japanese gree tea ice cream powder but it has a lot of sugar. Thought of grinding my own green tea but don’t think the powder would be fine enough and I assume it would taste too terrible. Haven’t tried it. Would this have worked? has anyone tried grinding gree tea leaves? does it work? does anyone have any green tea ice cream recipe? thanks in advance.
Me & a friend were talking about a current diet she is on & she mentioned her use of green tea pills. Well as a little side quest I’ve looked up countless articles on the pros & cons of green tea pills & their effect over the body & weight loss. Some also make a comment about how some companies only add trace amounts of green tea but still boast about how much green tea is actually contained in this tiny pill. Now, my question? How much green tea is actually IN these pills?
& How can we tell if theirs actually enough IN the pill to make any difference?
The ones that are sweeter also seem slightly creamier/more well blended in the water than the other Matcha’s that seem like simply green tea leaves ground down.
Any experts on matcha out there care to help me out on this?
